Mission
Make construction sites
attractive places to work.
In Japan, the construction industry employs approximately 5 million people and has a market size exceeding 60 trillion yen. However, the workforce is aging, and the number of skilled workers continues to decline. The low distribution of labor compensation to on-site workers, caused by a multi-layered subcontracting structure, results in inadequate wages and contributes to a continuous decline in new entrants to the industry. As a result, the construction industry is plagued by a perpetual labor shortage. I am deeply concerned that if this trend persists, the construction industry, which is fundamental to Japanese society, will deteriorate in the near future.
To address these challenges, our company is committed to solving the labor shortage by providing a platform that facilitates business-to-business matching within the construction industry. This platform enables all stakeholders, including on-site workers, to find desirable jobs and business partners, thereby improving working conditions and creating a society where everyone can work with a sense of fulfillment and pride.
Together with various stakeholders, including the government, major corporations such as general contractors, and startups, we are dedicated to making the construction industry attractive and inspiring for the younger generation.
