The Company will handle personal information within the scope of the following purposes of use, except as permitted by laws and regulations.

(ii) To respond to customer inquiries
(2) Handling of our business partners’ personal information
(i) To contact them regarding transactions, etc.
(ii) To confirm their identity and respond when receiving inquiries

The Company may outsource parts of our business operations to outside parties in order to provide better service to our customers. When doing so, we may entrust personal information to the subcontractor. In such cases, the Company will choose a subcontractor that provides a satisfactory level of protection of personal information, conclude a subcontracting agreement with them regarding the protection of personal information, and thoroughly manage and supervise the subcontractor.

The Company will establish rules and regulations for the protection of personal information, ensure that all of our employees are thoroughly informed, aware, and educated regarding these rules and regulations, and conduct periodic compliance audits. In addition, the Company has implemented safety control measures necessary to protect personal information, including access management, access control, and prevention of unauthorized access, and will strive to maintain and improve these measures.

The Company will respond in good faith to requests from individuals for notification or disclosure of the purpose of use, corrections, additions, deletions, or suspension of provision to third parties of their personal information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Disclosure, etc.") in accordance with laws and regulations.
For requests concerning Disclosure, etc., of personal information, please contact the "Inquiry Desk" as described in Article 8. The Company will send you documents for requesting Disclosure, etc., of personal information.
